About the roleThis is a Full-time, permanent opportunity for an upbeat, professional Administrative Assistant to support the Sales team in this forward thinking company located in Knox.
This is a position is best suited to someone who has experience providing admin support to a wider team.
Responsibilities As the face of the office, you will liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, assisting with general enquiries and providing quality administrative assistance to the team as required. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Meeting clients and visitors and advising appropriate staff members
- Booking and scheduling of team's meetings with clients
- Manage and update office documents/ data base
- Responding to queries from staff.
- Set up of rooms for meetings/functions
- Organising events
- Other ad hoc duties where directed
Skills / Experience - Experience working in a similar Reception/Administration position is highly advantageous
- Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Strong written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
