Job Description - Admin Assistant - Generous Compensation

We are looking for a resilient Admin Assistant to join our knowledgeable team at Packaging & More in Kunda Park, Sunshine Coast QLD.

Packaging & More are currently seeking a new full time member to join our admin/sales team in Kunda Park.

We are one of the leading packaging suppliers to small/medium and large businesses across the Sunshine Coast, selling food packaging, industrial packaging and janitorial products.

You will be responsible for:

Admin duties
Taking customer orders (phone/email/web)
Invoicing (MYOB)
Telephone sales
Social Media writing, and posting of special events/marketing.
Maintaining showroom and website.
Please note that this position will also involve some warehouse work eg. picking customer orders where some moderate to heavy lifting and ladder climbing is required.
A passion for Customer Service, attention to detail and your ability to multi-task and problem solve are a must, along with a friendly/bubbly personality.
MYOB experience is preferred but not necessary - training and support will be provided.
Experience with social media in a work based environment.
Intermediate admin skills using Microsoft software.
MONDAY to FRIDAY only. No weekend work.
