Position Overview:

Hogan Care is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and providing essential support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office systems, including data entry and filing.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficiency of the office.
  • Assist with minute taking and attending inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of NDIS and SIL services is a plus, but not required.
