Admin Officer - Inventory I 9-month contract I $40 per hour incl super

About the role
Our high-performing spare parts team is searching for an organized and efficient administrator to join our ranks. You'll play a key role in maintaining our extensive database of spare parts and inventory, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a dynamic role within a team-oriented organization.
Key responsibilities include;
  • Respond to questions and requests from both internal teams and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with keeping the Database and organized, ensuring accurate records and smooth operations
  • Participate in the process of quoting parts, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
  • Receive and process purchase orders for parts, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate records.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of stock levels and material purchases, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Manage parts warranties, facilitating replacements or cost recovery when necessary.
 
About you
  • Highly developed admin skills with a good attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills with experience working with and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Good written communication skills with the ability to interpret information and communicate effectively to a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Experience working with parts or inventory is desirable but NOT essential.
