Raise purchase orders, receipt invoices, and confirm delivery of goods and services.
Raise invoices for services provided.
Organising data, preparing, and maintaining documentation to support information flow and decision making.
Create a log of service issues & deadlines for the Operations Manager.
Enable logistics for remote sites including freight, flights, accommodation, and transfers.
Identify, propose and implement improved workflows and standard procedures.
Maintain social media platforms for the Enterprise Division.
Perform any other administration tasks required by the division.
What we are looking for...
Certificate in Business or Office Administration or equivalent – desirable.
Proven administration & project coordination skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Proven customer service experience with strong problem-solving capabilities.
