The Role
The Admin Support Worker is responsible for the provision of all administrative support and office management for Redlands (The Centre for Women & Co. Domestic and family violence services) offices, including administration support to the Director of specialist women’s DFV services. Along with providing support to the CFW Receptionist if required on call.
Key Responsibilities
The Admin Support Worker will handle the flow of people through The Centre for Women & Co. and ensure that all Admin Support Worker responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered in high quality and in a timely manner.
Monitoring calendar movements for all team on site, identifying incoming visitors and prepare necessary meeting requirements (i.e., water, clean area/space, agendas or relevant paperwork if needed and asking staff what they may need).
Answering phones for other sites and managing referrals received to ensure they are provided to the right team members.
Performing other clerical Admin Support Worker duties such as typing documents, filing, photocopying, collating, archiving, supporting the team where possible etc.
Obtaining quotes and overseeing the maintenance, repairs and product purchases for the office facility and equipment.
Handling of mail processing (recording and distribution).
Managing and monitoring the asset register and other administration registers.
Salary and Benefits
SCHADS Level 2.1 ($32.21p/h) | Full-Time (38 Hours Per Week) | $51740 annually
Start as soon as possible until 30 June 2030 - with possibility of extension.

Salary Packaging up to $15,900 (superannuation can be paid in addition to this, subject to any ATO limit if any).
