Job Description - Administration

Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented administrator looking for your next opportunity? Your new company
Our client is seeking an Administration Officer to join their team and provide essential support across day-to-day office functions. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is confident using MYOB and Microsoft Office.
Your new role
  • Processing invoices using MYOB
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Managing incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Preparing and editing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate level)
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with general office tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
  • Intermediate to strong skills across Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proven experience using MYOB
  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
  • Strong communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team
