The business partners closely with major global institutions and supports a large network of financial advisers and their clients. With a lean, entrepreneurial structure and direct access to senior leadership, this is an opportunity to gain rare exposure to global alternatives, adviser distribution, and investor relations within a business that values initiative, curiosity, and commercial thinking. Your new role This role will focus on administration, client services, and sales support, with genuine scope for growth and development over time. Duties will include:
Provide high level executive and strategic support to senior leadership including diary management & correspondence
Coordinating travel, events, and meetings
CRM administration, reporting, & data management
Assist with relationship management across existing & prospective investors, advisers, & platform partners
Supporting adviser relationships across a large national network
Preparing and distributing fund materials and fact sheets
Supporting investor queries, liquidity requests, and fund information
What you'll need to succeed
Understanding of the funds management/investment industry (through study & 6+ months' experience, or direct industry exposure)
Experience in an administrative or operations support role is preferred
Knowledge of concepts such as alternative investments or private markets
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
Inquisitive & confident go getter who is not afraid to approach senior stakeholders
Strong communication skills with a positive, outgoing, energetic style
Desire to grow into a client facing or commercial role
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or related discipline
