Job Description - Administration and Customer Service - Exciting Challenge

We are looking to hire an influential Administration and Customer Service to join our energetic team at Streamline Logistics in Forest Glen, Sunshine Coast QLD.

We are a family-owned Logistics Company with the head office in Forest Glen and we are looking for an outstanding admin-customer service & operations  individual to join our dynamic accounting and administration team.

Are you looking for something fulltime? Looking to work between 9 am - 5pm. Keen to learn about accounts administration, efficient with Computer skills and data entry job. This could be the job for you!

The job covers the following, but is not limited to 

  • Use of in-house systems
  • Verifying and analysing data
  • General administration duties
  • Customer Service (internal and external)
  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist in the day to day operations of the depot.
  • Ensuring that high levels of service are maintained at all times.
  • Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer issues.
  • Reporting to and communicating with your team leader.

 

They will need to have:

  • Administrative background
  • Excellent Computer skills (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Ability to learn inhouse software 
  • Previous experience in the General Transport sector an advantage
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work within strict time frames
  • Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
  • Current Forklift Licence

Must reside in Australia
