The Role
TTC are seeking an experienced and mature ADMINISTRATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER. Strong Administration and Customer Service skills REQUIRED!!.

Your duties will include:
- General administration duties
- Customer service
- Liaise with current clientele base
- Cold calling leads
- Work within a team environment
- Assisting the sales team - where required
- Fleet and asset maintenance and management
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to articulate well
- Fast learner
- Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive and solutions driven with tasks
- Can do attitude
- Solid computer skills including the ability to learn new systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management with a customer service focus
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
- Be a results and goal oriented professional
If you have previous Traffic management industry knowledge and experience then that would be advantageous.
