Job Description - Administration and Office Support

Auroz are seeking an enthusiastic new team member who wants to share their amazing customer service skills with both customers and colleagues.   The successful candidate with be a self-starter, who thrives in a small team environment.  A willingness to learn new tasks, processes and products is essential.  In return you will become part of a small team who love the opportunity to make a difference to their workplace.

Your responsibilities will include:

First point of contact

  • Answer phones
  • Respond to email. 
  • Liaise with customers and colleagues.

Order fulfillment 

  • Process sales orders in Netsuite.
  • Process orders via customer portals.
  • Process COD payments

Customer enquiries

  • Answer customer enquiries 
  • Manage the warranty process.
  • Manage POD queries.

Administration

  • Data-base entry and maintenance, including customer records, inventory, and pricelists.
  • Process debtor deposits, including credit card payments.
  • Receive and reconcile creditor invoices and statements.
