About the team:

This role will provide exceptional administrative support to general managers within ASX Compliance and the executive assistant the team responsible for supervision of ASX's listed market. Well suited to a motivated and enthusiastic candidate that shows initiative and is keen to learn.

Work within the team responsible for supervision of ASX's listed market. Our team's performance is critical to ASX's success in operating a market of the highest integrity and meeting the expectations of our customers and the wider Australian community. You will work closely with all teams in the ASX Compliance division, including members of our participants compliance, listings compliance, admissions and investment products teams. Your day to day role will be as part of a broader administration team supporting our team across three state offices.

What you will be doing:

How we do things at ASX is just as important as what we do. This means, if you're a people leader, you will be responsible for both the core duties outlined below, and providing leadership to your team to ensure we foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment, where people feel empowered, accountable, and deeply connected (as outlined in our Leadership Principles).
  • Provide support to up to three General Managers in the team
  • Own and approve all access requests and lead the onboarding of new team members across the division, with support from the broader administrative team
  • Manage all aspects of meeting coordination for various regular meetings and forums in the division, including agenda setting, inviting guest presenters and tracking actions.
  • Provide back up support to the Chief Compliance Officer as requested by the Executive Assistant
  • Timely and accurate processing of various updates to data points in Salesforce and other systems

What you will bring:

Must have
  • Had extensive experience in a similar role supporting senior executives in an autonomous role
  • Advanced experience in both Word and PowerPoint, and basic skills in Excel
  • Experience in managing complex electronic diaries including anticipating, identifying and addressing travel/admin/diary issues
  • Analysis/problem solving/innovation

Nice to have
  • Experience using iManage and Salesforce
  • Previous experience in administrative project work
  • Ability to time manage and prioritise work and meet delivery deadlines
