Reporting to the Team Manager - Broker Support , you'll provide essential administrative support to our Underwriting teams and help ensure smooth operations for our brokers. Responsibilities Include:
Sending out renewal invitations and non-express renewals to brokers
Processing new policies and renewals in the underwriting system, including preparation of Certificates of Currency and managing related documents
Following up on outstanding and upcoming renewals and new business
Maintaining broker information and managing logins to our online system
Answering phone calls and take messages
General administration and office duties as required
About You:
Proven administration and customer experience
Prior experience in insurance highly regarded
Professional and positive "can-do" attitude '
Experience in a busy, high-volume environment
Ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong sense of accountability
