About the Role:

The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our office. You will be responsible for providing strong and reliable support to the business by overseeing and assisting with various administrative duties. This position is designed to help you launch your career and offers the potential for further progression within our organisation. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance. 
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide support to different departments as needed. 
  • Manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies and place orders when necessary. 
  • Receive and review incoming communications or memos on behalf of senior staff, determining their importance and summarising and distributing their contents to appropriate staff members. 
  • Monitor office visitors’ access, assist new starters, manage external suppliers, and handle general inquiries. 
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements and design and implement new systems. 

About You:

To excel in this role, you should be an all-rounder who takes ownership of your responsibilities and possesses an interest in various facets of office management. Your ability to multitask and adapt quicky to changing priorities will be essential in meeting the immediate needs of our business. 

Requirements:

  • A desire to take ownership of office management. 
  • Some experience in data entry/database management preferred, and a good level of Microsoft Office Knowledge.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, focus, and reliability. 
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. 
  • The ability to present professionally when liaising with clients.
  • Above all, you must have an approachable and helpful attitude, with a positive and proactive mindset.
