Are you ready to kick-start your career in administration with a dynamic construction company? We’re seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our team in Wetherill Park. This role offers fantastic opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Onboarding for Workers: Assist in the seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and inductions are completed and recorded efficiently.
Plant and Equipment Management: Support the administration of plant and equipment, including maintenance schedules, service records, registrations, and coordination of equipment allocation for projects.
Accounts Payable: Aid in managing financial transactions, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with debtor and creditor management.
General Administration Duties: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, answering phone, and managing correspondence.
