Job Description - Administration Assistant

Summary

  • Admin to support to CEO & Operations Manager
  • Coordination of secretariat support services to ACNP advisory committees including the Board and National Council
  • Office Coordination
  • Project Coordination Support
  • General support to Marketing & Events Managers with their project delivery

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Administrative support to the Operations Manager and ACNP team
  • Organising and managing information
  • Support for department managers delivering key projects
  • Meeting and events support 
  • Scheduling and calendar management 
  • Communication handling 
  • Coordination of office facilities including maintenance and general troubleshooting
  • The opportunity to attend off-site ACNP Events across Victoria and Australia (occasional travel may be required)

This role allows for some flexibility to work at home. We have wonderful offices in St Kilda Towers overlooking Albert Park.

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience in administration and support roles
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office programs
  • High level time management and organisational skills
  • Quality formatting of MS documents such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Experience with project assistance in Marketing & Events an advantage
  • Marketing and event software experience is advantageous but on the job training can be provided
