The Role

Due to continued growth within the team, this business is seeking the support of an Administration Assistant.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Managing compliance of vehicle registrations
• Assisting with stock control
• Engaging with customers and stakeholder regarding sales process
• Database management
• General administration and support of finance team

You:

To be considered for this role you must possess:

• Previous experience within a car dealership would be ideal, but it's not essential
• Strong administration skills and the ability to pick up systems and procedures quickly
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and time management skills
• Openness and willingness to learn, with a (I know, super cliché) a 'çan-do' attitude
