Administration Assistant - Competitive Pay

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our friendly team in Cairns! In this casual role (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM), you'll play a key role in supporting both internal and external customers, keeping our Administration Department and Freight Office running efficiently.

What you'll do:

• Be the face of our Cairns office, providing top-notch customer service
• Assist with a variety of administrative and freight tasks
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant
• Contribute to a positive and quality-focused work environment
• Utilize your strong organizational skills to manage tasks and deadlines
• Leverage your Microsoft Office expertise (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Support the team with carrier payment reconciliation and reports
