About Medilinks Access - Medilinks provides specialised psychiatric assessments for Australian veterans to support their mental health compensation claims. They address the unique mental health challenges faced by veterans, such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression, stemming from their service. Medilinks offers quick access to experienced psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring thorough and compassionate evaluations. They aim to reduce wait times and improve outcomes for veterans navigating the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) system. Medilinks is dedicated to providing the care and support veterans deserve.

Position: Administration Officer
Location: Eight Mile Plains, Queensland, Australia – In office role
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Formatting the veterans’ DVA reports once completed while ensuring the formatting checklists are followed to ensure accuracy and high standards are maintained.
- Monitoring the administration inbox and ensuring that each email is allocated to a CLM in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with DVA via phone call and email to follow up on missing or outstanding items / documentation.
- Ensuring all veteran records and files are up to date and accurately maintained on both Google Drive and our Patient Managment System.
- Accurate auditing of daily appointments to ensure that all documentation is completed and received to ensure the appointments will go ahead smoothly.
- Utilise a CRM daily for the management of the workflow.
- Completing all adhoc tasks directed by the head of client liaison.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with a CRM tool is desirable.
- Previous experience in administration preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
