About the Role:
Based in our Head office at Capalaba, you will play a vital role in providing support across the business and the daily operations.
Working closely with the Office Manager, your key responsibilities include;
- Providing high-level customer service to both commercial and residential customers via phone, email and in person
- Accepting and processing deliveries
- Email management – responding to queries in timely manner and following up
- Booking and following up leads and scheduled works
- Booking and managing enquiries relating to quotes, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Stock management and inventory reporting
- Using internal data management systems to assist with scheduling and allocating and distribution of works
- Raising purchase orders for materials and subcontractors, invoice data entry and processing
- Stock order processing and stock returns
- Updating and maintaining customer and client profiles
- Meet and greet any incoming guests that are expected or have an appointment
- Assist with maintaining the office
About You:
- Ability and confidence to communicate effectively with clients, management, subcontractors, and service technicians
- Exceptional customer support skills, a friendly manner and willingness to assist as required
- Excellent organisation, time management and planning
- Ability to pickup new systems with ease including experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Good problem-solving skills and strong sense of initiative
- An exceptional eye for detail, ability to problem solve and a focus on task completion
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Previous experience within an office administration role
