We are seeking a vibrant, experienced and organised administration assistant for a full-time role in our office. As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales and admin team. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to sales processes, customer communication and internal reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and general queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing incoming calls
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Performing data entry and other administrative tasks
- Working collaboratively with our production and despatch teams to ensure customers are kept up to date with the progress of orders
- General office support
About you:
- Solid experience using Accounting Software
- Excellent customer service skills, including a professional telephone manner.
- A 'can-do' attitude with confident interpersonal skills, forward thinking capabilities and ability to work both autonomously and within a busy team environment.
- High organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel & Word)
