Patient Administration Clerk - St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital 

Employment Type: Casual opportunities Available 

Remuneration: $29.9 - $37.7 p/h + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances 

Location: St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital - Spring Hill, Brisbane

An integral part of our team at St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital as a Patient Administration Clerk, you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about. You will provide quality customer service to patients, visitors and staff at St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital through the processing of accurate and efficient information, and provision of general clerical duties and front office administration. 

You may be trained in different areas of the hospital to support with administrative duties as required.

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks such as reception duties, patient enquiries and administrative support

  • High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across patient information, data entry and documentation

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, providing support to both clinical and administrative colleagues as required
