We are supporting several clients in the creative space who are seeking administrative support
The Role Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the broader team
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Coordinate and assist with event planning, both internal and external
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project coordination
- Maintain office supplies and equipment and assist with office organisation
note: Both these opportunities are based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne
Skills & Experience - Proactive and detail-oriented individual
- Proven experience within an administrative support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience across Microsoft Office suites and other CRMs/systems
