Job Description - Administration Coordinator Darwin PartTime

  • Part-time position 20 - 25 hours per week

This is an exciting part-time opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Darwin Branch.

We areproudly a family-owned business, with a national presence, operating for 75years' leading the commercial painting industry. Our business offers a uniqueopportunity to be involved in some amazing major projects from complexmulti-level high rises to beautiful, heritage listed buildings.

As anAdministration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting ourDarwin branch with day-to-day tasks. We are looking for an individual to be the'go to' person for our sales and operational teams.

This is apart time position with the hours from 20 to 25 hours per week, start and endtimes are flexible depending on what suits the successful applicant. Ideally,we would like presence in the branch 5 days per week but can be flexible.

RoleOverview 

  • Settingup and maintaining new project job files and work order approvals.
  • Assistin finalising project documentation and completion of project sign offs.
  • Leadend of month processing activities, including raising high volume ofclaims and Work in Progress management.
  • AccountsPayable – Processing of invoices for creditors and sub-contractors.
  • Reviewand pre-processing of timesheets.
  • Supportthe Sales and Operations teams as needed.
  • Day-to-dayrunning of the office.

Your Skillsand Experience

  • End ofmonth processing experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience working witha medium/large ERP system.
  • Familiarity withaccounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Intermediate MS Excelskills.
  • Highly developed timemanagement, problem solving & organisational skills.
  • Outstandingcommunication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Motivated self-starterwho can work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Delivery of exceptionalcustomer service to internal and external stakeholders.
