This is an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Syndney branch based at Kingsgrove. This role is an integral part to support our sales and operational teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • General reception and administration duties
  • Setting up and maintaining new Job files and work order approvals
  • Assist in finalising project documentation and completion signs off, so invoices can be sent
  • Review and pre-processing of timesheets against EBA requirements
  • End of month processing, such as Work in Progress and variations adjustments
  • Accounts Payable/Data input for Accounts Receivable
  • Employee and sub-contractor document compliance

Your Skills and Experience Ideally you will have 3 + years’ experience in administration and customer service, plus: 

  • General accounts receivable and accounts payable experience
  • End of month processing experience
  • Experience working in medium to large building trades/services companies with set processes and systems in place
  • Experience working with a medium/large ERP system, ideally with experience using Jobpac
  • Used to providing great customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously
