Administration & Customer Relations - Order Processing

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and passionate administration professional to assist our close-knit Customer Service team. 

The successful candidate will need to possess exceptional administration and organisation skills.

This is an important customer centric role, responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the Customer Service team to ensure customers’ needs are met with professional excellence. 

Please be note this is a full-time role based in Melbourne, and the office hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders, payments, and returns efficiently and accurately
  • Assist with general administrative tasks 
  • Develop and enhance current administration processes 
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide accurate information about Synergie Skin products and services
  • Establish and build sustainable relationships with new and existing customers 
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities and managing office supplies and inventory
  • Assist staff members with administrative tasks as needed and helping to onboard new employees
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the beauty and skin industry.

What you need:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities is a must have.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
  • Previous experience or familiarity with NetSuite (ERP software) is desirable
  • A passion and knowledge of skincare is  desirable.
