Administration Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented full-time Administration Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about providing seamless administrative support and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our VIC Re-Conditioning administration operations run smoothly. Your eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and strong organisational skills will be essential to your success in this role.

• Raising repair orders and purchase orders
• Invoicing completed jobs
• Input supplier invoices
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable including bank reconciliation
• Entering purchase receipts
• Manage tolls and fines
• Book freight as required
• Keeping accurate records of vehicle locations
• General ad hoc office duties like ordering supplies/stationery
