Administration Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity is currently available for an Administration Manager to lead our admin team across our sites in Perth. Based at our Claremont clinic, this hands-on role will play a vital part in delivering all aspects of our administration service. The successful applicantwill work with the Regional Manager to deliver a best practice model for the provision of administration services to our patients, referrers and customers.

The ideal candidate is someone with a Radiology/Medical Imaging background who is looking to take the next step in their administrative career.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment, coaching and performance of all administration staff
• Implement a Standard Operating Model for clinic administration processes and services
• Develop and coordinate delivery of training and development framework for administration staff
• Management of Medicare compliance and audit processes
• Oversee the delivery of excellent customer service amongst all reception staff
• Partner with operations and People teams to support the engagement and retention of clinic administration staff
• Knowledge of RIS software functions highly regarded
• Ad hoc reception responsibilities as required
