Job Description - Administration & Office Support

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Centrepoint Realty is a leading provider of real estate services and provides comprehensive real estate services in both the residential and commercial property sectors.

We are looking for an experienced professional who is a team player and looking for a diverse role to join our dynamic team.

The position offers an opportunity to work closely with the Office Manager across all aspects of the business operations and provides an opportunity to develop your skills across all facets of the operations. Your skills will be applied to both the day to day administration requirements, implementation and responsibility of company systems and procedures and working with our team members to ensure that works are carried out to the highest standards and set deadlines are achieved.

Reporting directly to the Office Manager, your role will be responsible to provide the necessary administrative support inclusive of:

  • Assisting the Office Manager
  • Office Administration - day to day functions of the office
  • Marketing - Website management and general brochures
  • Information Technology - general support and liaison with IT contractor
  • General Bookkeeping - reconciliations and invoicing
  • Implementation and supervision of company policies and procedures
  • Maintenance of Registers
  • Coordination of Meetings, Taking Minutes and Allocation of tasks
  • Preparation of monthly reporting and commentary

A background demonstrating the above skills is essential and Property Industry experience will be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Property Tree and Xero experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to handle and resolve issues
  • Attention to detail, methodical and accuracy
  • Time organisation skills to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Professional presentation and attitude with drive and determination
  • A good work ethic to ensure all tasks allocated are carried out within the required timeframe.
  • Importantly, a positive outlook and sense of humour!
