Administration Officer

CK Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our client working full time hours in Smeaton Grange

The client is a Family Owned and Operated business who are a leading supplier of Automotive Refinishing Equipment across Australia and New Zealand

An increase in their workload has opened up this exciting opportunity for an immediate start.

Duties will include:

• Assisting with operations
• Taking phone calls
• Dealing with customers and suppliers on a daily basis
• Data Entry
• Booking of flights and accomodation for management
• Assisting with Payroll (MYOB experience a must
• Processing of invoices
• Assisting with stock control and ordering 

The hours will be flexible between 8-4pm/9-5pm 

 What we are seeking:

• Excellent phone manner/ability to work with internal and external stakeholders 
• Experience using MYOB
• A strong background in Administration 
• High level of communication and problem solving skills
• Good data entry speed with accuracy
• Able to learn things quickly
• Excellent attention to detail
• Computer literate (as we work with multiple systems)
• Presentable appearance
• Flexible with hours of work
• Reliable
• Must have own transport
