Administration Officer

Who are we looking for?

• Strong customer services skills
• Mechanical aptitude or industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer literacy
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and work well under pressure
• A reliable team player willing to support various branch functions

You will be the frontline support for our customers and internal teams, handling sales enquiries, order processing, and administrative duties to keep the branch running efficiently.

Your day to day:

• Provide support to the branch by collaborating with team members.
• Data entry, processing inventory and stock levels into our database
• Work across multiple systems to order parts, organize freight and invoice customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries via counter, phone, and email promptly and professionally.
• Process orders accurately through phone and email channels.
• Provide technical sales support with a focus on fluid power, hydraulic, gasket, rotary, and mechanical seal products.
