Job Description - Administration Officer


The Role


The SRG Asset Care team are seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join our Cameron Park office on a full-time basis. This is a newly created position due to business growth and presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

You will provide administrative support to operational teams while also supporting the existing administration team.


 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to operational teams and assist the existing administration team

  • Maintain accurate data entry and organised records across systems

  • Assist with timesheet entry and processing and support payroll administration

  • Support invoicing processes including raising invoices from timesheets

  • Assist with reporting and data tracking using systems and Excel

  • Support month-end activities and data checks

  • Assist with employee and contractor inductions and manage site access requirements

  • Maintain compliance records including licences and qualifications

  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues

  • Contribute to a positive and organised team environment


 


The Successful Applicant Will Ideally Have:



  • Certificate III in Business Administration (or similar qualification) and/or minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)

  • Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines

  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar financial systems is advantageous
