About the Role

MSS Security is looking for an Administration Officer in Mount Isa. This role is to support the Cardax facilities with the operation of access control systems for the provision of processing site access for employees, contractors and vehicles to the client sites. This is a Monday to Friday role working every second Saturday as well. Training will be provided onsite.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Site access and card creation using Ellipse /Gallagher Command Centre
• Front of house duties including answering phones and actioning emails
• Providing exceptional customer service to workers, contractors and visitors
• Visitor sign in/Issue visitor passes

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience working in Administrative roles
• Great communication skills
• Have an high level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Ellipse/Gallagher Command - desirable
• Physically fit with the ability to pass a medical assessment plus a Drug & Alcohol screen
• Have reliable transport to get to work onsite
• Full Australian working rights
