Administration Officer - Generous Compensation

We are searching for another vibrant, organised, friendly office administrator to join our team!

Working Rehab is a family-owned Allied Health company in South Australia, providing occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology and psychology services,This position will be based at our head office in Marden, working with our admin and leadership team.

We’re a friendly and passionate team and we are need another team member to help keep us organised and providing the high level of client and customer care that we pride ourselves on. 

The Opportunity

We currently have three superstars front of house; Bethany Anne and Brock and looking for another part-time or full time individual to support the growing needs of our team and office.

You will assist with the daily runnings of the office such as phone calls, greeting clients, client bookings, organising client files in Pracsuite (client record cloud platform), restocking office supplies, supporting the team with scanning, file uploads, resource development. No two days are the same! Being able to embrace competing priorities, juggle changes to team diaries, and enjoy being a part of a team is super important in this role. 

In addition, a focus on finding and implementing efficiencies, a big-picture approach and an ability to multi-task, will ease you smoothly into the role.

This is You

You have experience in Office/Office 365 suite, time management and managing relationships. Though not essential, experience in the health sector would also be highly regarded. Other desirable competencies are fluency in Pracsuite, and an understanding of health care claiming, use of Proda.

Your professionalism, exceptional attention to detail, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritise and successfully manage your time, will make you an invaluable member of the team.
