MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the management of onboarding process to ensure that candidates possess the required police clearance and work rights.
- Ensure that all licenses and documents held by employees are current, valid, and in line with job requirements.
- Manage the renewal process for licenses and documentation to prevent lapses.
- Assess job roles and locations to assign appropriate training programs for new hires.
- Establish a structured follow-up system to check in with candidates daily throughout the onboarding process.
- Proactively manage and address expired licenses and documents to maintain compliance.
- Implement processes to alert relevant stakeholders about upcoming expirations.
- Conduct comprehensive reference checks to verify candidate qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Generate monthly compliance reports, focusing on Work Permits (WP) to monitor and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Ensure timely processing and compliance with aviation security regulations.
- Provide updates on onboarding progress, compliance, and related matters.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and manage related documentation.
- Maintain organized and secure file management systems for all onboarding-related documentation.
- Proactively develop, update and maintain resource correspondence, documentation, forms and templates.
- Maintain job information and utilise current systems for analysing data.
- Project and administrative as required.
Qualifications:
- Cert III or higher in a business-related qualification (desirable)
- Class C Drivers Licence
Experience:
- 1+ years in a recruitment or human resources or compliance administrative position
- Within the air cargo or transport & logistics industry preferred – not essential
Skills:
- Professional verbal and written communication skills;

- Advanced administrative and computer skills to use multiple systems;
