The Role
As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing proficient and professional administrative and support within your department or area of operation. Working under general guidance and within set guidelines, you will be required to undertake a range of administrative tasks, assist senior employees with specific projects as directed and provide management support to administration employees and volunteers.
A key focus of this role is to ensure the provision of timely and accurate customer-centred support which enables the Society to efficiently achieve desired outcomes across business operations.
This is a Full-time Position until 30/06/2026 (38 hours per week) role based in Gladstone.
