Administration Officer – Quality, Risk & Innovation

Quality, Risk & Innovation 

Health and Allied Services, Managers and Admin EA 2021-2025 (HS1-HS2)

32 hours per fortnight

Part Time, Permanent

Applications are sought from suitably qualified Administrator to join the Quality, Risk and Innovation team at Echuca Regional Health. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing high quality administrative support to assist the unit to meet deadlines, goals and provide an efficient QRI service across the health service
  • Accurately preparation of agendas, minute taking, reports, software administration and document control
  • Provide front of house support for the receival of customer feedback, including compliments and complaints
  • Conduct day to day duties with a high-level awareness of privacy and confidentiality 
  • Actively participate in quality improvement activities and projects as required

 Qualifications/experience required:

  • Demonstrated high standard clerical / reception skills including strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
  • Expert computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
