Administration Officers (Multiple Vacancies Available)

We are currently seeking interest from self-motivated, reliable and experienced Administrators to work on a full-time basis for our well-respected clients.

There are local roles available that offer an immediate start, various contract durations and competitive salaries.

Various skill levels are encouraged to apply; Junior Administrator roles are also available.

The successful applicants ideally will possess the following:

• Previous general administration and reception experience.
• Strong communication and customer service knowledge.
• MYOB Experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Proven accurate and efficient administrative skills ensuring compliance and contractual obligations are met.
• Demonstrated high level of computer literacy and database management.

To commence immediately, you must be able to provide a clear laboratory drug and alcohol screen and a National Police Clearance.

You must be residing in Kalgoorlie with current Australian Work Rights and relevant experience to be considered.
