Saddingtons Garage Door is a local family owned business based in Newcastle area, specialising in Garage doors. From service and repairs,residential to industrial installations.
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing team as an Administration / Scheduling . Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling tradesmen daily route
- Inbound/outbound calls for scheduling purposes
- Managing Inbox
- General office support
- Data entry and reporting
- Managing Social Media accounts eg. Facebook and Instagram
Our successful candidate will have:
- High organisation skills and outstanding attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel & Word) are essential. Service M8 and MYOB experience would be an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Previous experience in an Office Administrator role will be highly regarded
