About the role
The administrative support role - compliance manages the process which ensures that actions from our customer compliance audits are completed, which includes identifying and assisting with the resolution of any issues that will delay the compliance process.
This involves processing and updating of correspondence from both clients and contractors as well as staff members to ensure that our systems are kept as up to date as possible. Correspondence will include service records, emails, phone calls and automatic system updates.
The role also involves communicating with clients to assist and advise them of our audit process for their properties to achieve compliance.
