West Auto Electrics & Mechanical is a Queensland owned and operated family business that has been supplying quality Auto Electrical Services and Mechanical for the past 2 decades. With a fully equipped workshop situated in Blackwater, Central Queensland, we not only provide service to the township, but also to the ever increasing mining industry.
In 2 decades of operation West Auto Electrics have grown from a sole trader to now employing a large number of people.
We are looking for an individual that takes initiative and possesses a willingness to learn. Reporting to the Working Director and Office Coordinator, your role will involve client relations management/liaising, data entry, meeting schedule management and quotation communication.

Position Requirements -
- Be highly organized and posses great time management skills
- Admin experience preferred
- Be able to demonstrate great communication skills
- Assist with the implementation of training needed
- Parts ordering and viability processing
- A high priority approach to customer service
- Strong ability to work in a cohesive team environment as well as independently
- Good skills with computer software
- Creating repair / work orders in Simpro
- Procurement & Supplier Management
