About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated individual to enhance donor relationships through exceptional customer service and accurate gift processing using Raiser's Edge. This role supports the Fundraising team and the Director of the Catholic Foundation, with tasks including updating donor information, taking minutes, handling mail, and banking. Key responsibilities involve managing the donor database, thanking donors by phone, and resolving donation processing issues.
Short term contract 6 months with the possibility of a Permanent position after
Monday to Friday – 9am-5pm – Flexible work options

Key Responsibilities: Donor Care
Ensure accurate data input and maintenance.
Process and acknowledge gifts promptly.
Handle donations and enquiries via mail, email, and phone.
Maintain accurate donor records and data integrity.
Support fundraising team with data requests.
Process and reconcile donations.
Send acknowledgement letters within 48 hours.
Administrative
Organise Annual Grants Program meetings and records.
Support Donor Services Manager and Communication Director.
Manage grant applications and correspondence.
Schedule meetings, take minutes, and communicate with committees.
About you:
Strong communication skills: written, oral, and listening
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Proficient in data analysis and documentation
Knowledgeable in The Raisers Edge or similar CRM systems
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Patient and tolerant
Effective collaborator across diverse administrative and technical backgrounds
