The Role

We’re seeking an organised, articulate, and efficient administrative assistant to join our close-knit McLaren Vale team.

Guaranteed 15+ hours per week - regular shifts on set days.

The successful applicant will have:

• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Great organisational skills
• The ability to work confidently with minimal supervision
• Professional presentation
• Strong computer literacy, with knowledge of Excel and Word

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the McLaren Vale office
• Answering phones and monitoring emails
• Order fulfilment
• Weekly reports
• General administrative duties
