We’re seeking a dedicated individual with a strong customer service ethic to fill the position as an Administrative Assistant at our Northgate office.

• Warmly welcoming and assisting clients and guests with professional demeanour.
• Understanding customer’s needs, being able to upsell and direct them through the office, enhancing their overall experience and adding value to their interactions.
• Handling incoming call efficiently, redirecting calls as needed, or taking detailed messages.
• Keeping the reception and meeting rooms tidy and organised.
• Managing office supplies to ensure availability.
• Supporting general administration tasks as required.
