Job Description - Administrative Assistant / Marketing Personnel

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant / Marketing Personnel to join Convil Group’s team, supporting the Director and assist our civil company with all marketing inquiries and showcase the company's strengths. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in some exciting initiatives as we work towards a better, brighter tomorrow. Some of the key day-to-day responsibilities for this Full-time / Part-time role will include:

 

Job Description:

 

- Provide support and assistance to the Director and upper-level supervisors, managers, and executives.

- Assist with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.

- Handle bookkeeping tasks, including cost calculation and allocation for materials and invoices

- Coordinate material ordering and request quotations for projects.

- Assist the company with all marketing inquiries and showcase the company's strengths.

- Manage marketing efforts and social media presence for the company.

- Attend sites and take photos for marketing purposes

- Handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.

- Maintain an efficient and up-to-date filing and archiving system.

- Flexibility in working hours, perfect for mothers or individuals with family commitments.

- Option to work full time or two to three days a week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

 

About You:

 

To be considered for this role, it is envisaged you will possess a combination of work experience, skills, and/or qualifications in the following areas:

 

- Exceptional organization skills.

- Experience in digital marketing and social media management is preferred

- Experience in Word, Excel & Outlook.

- Preferably, have experience in the construction or civil and construction industry.

- Proven experience in maintaining the confidentiality of information.

- An interest in Marketing, Innovation, and Customer Management.

- Liaising and dealing with Professional Consultants, drafts persons, certifiers, and Councils.

- Exceptional presentation and a customer-centric manner, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate family commitments. (optional).
