Administrator

Working for a Wealth Management organisation based in the CBD we are looking for an administrator to join the team. This role would suit someone who is a seasoned administrator and is looking for a stable role or someone who with only a few years of administration experience and is looking to grow their career within the Financial Services industry.

The role:

• Supporting an Executive with various administration tasks
• High level document control, including preparing reports
• Answering queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Ad-hoc administration as required by the greater team

The right candidate:

• Either an administration career or 2+ years experience - either profile would be suitable
• Experience or a degree in Economics or Finance related field (desirable, not required)
• High level of attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and fast learner

The company:

• Location in the CBD, this is a full-time work from the office role
• Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
• Salary of $70,000 package
• Interviewing this week
