Administrator - Office All Rounder
LJ Hooker Property Connections Albany Creek is one of the longest trading Real Estate Agencies on the Northside of Brisbane connecting people with properties. As an Administrator, you will be working within our award-winning team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to use your outstanding administration and organisational skills, as well as to contribute to the delivery of excellence throughout our organisation.
We are looking for an outstanding admin all-rounder that is looking to plant their roots and build foundation of a fantastic career opportunity.
Experience in real estate is preferred but not essential. You will be involved in providing general administration support to our very busy sales and rental team. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills, experience & attributes:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills;
· Certificate in Real Estate;
· Ability to work autonomously and also part of a team;
· Experienced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
· Ability to multi-task;
· Strong Excel and numeracy skills;
· Effective and efficient time management skills;
· Careful attention to detail & personal presentation;
· Self-motivated attitude with initiative.
This role ideally suits an energetic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills who is capable of supporting the sales team with administrative requirements who is looking for a long-term career for a local family run business.
