Seeking a true administrative task master with an eye for the detail! This administrator will play a vital role supporting the Head of Production, Product and Marketing Teams to ensure Global Shop Direct’s marketing systems and processes run effectively and efficiently.

We advertise our products via Television, Digital, Social and Print media and sell direct to consumer and into an extensive retail network.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

The administrator is a key support for the marketing team, helping to keep the team organised, assisting with offline and digital administration tasks, updating website CMSs, collating and documenting product information and assets, assisting with TV commercial compliance submissions and much more. 

Key responsibilities include:

With the guidance of the Head of Production and stakeholders within the Marketing and Product Team, the administrator will:

  • Work with operations data to monitor, document, then communicate stock arrival updates to stakeholders, and update website stock status messaging
  • Consolidates and documents vital marketing information for product briefing sheets. This includes collating, auditing, presenting product assets/claims/specifications/pricing information and their statuses 
  • Request, collate, file and share content and assets to key stakeholders
  • Liaise with suppliers on a regular basis to obtain the latest or updated marketing campaign assets for key products
  • Set up and manage website coupon codes and QR codes to assist with marketing promotions
  • Process TV Commercials for TV compliance approvals and manage approval workflow
  • Reviewing, transcribing, proofing and formatting TV scripts for TV editing and compliance submissions
  • Action key Administration duties such as URL purchases and redirects
  • Assist with finance and invoice administration

ELIGIBILITY

  • Have a 'roll up your sleeves' can-do attitude and be keen to learn
  • Work well within a team! We're all about teamwork
  • Know how to manage multiple deadlines, communicate project statuses and manage your workload to meet business deadlines.
  • AND you will have the following experience/skills: 
  • Experience in a similar role or working within a Business, Marketing, or E-Commerce team (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Be tech savvy and competent with Office 365 Suite programs 
  • Some experience working with website CMSs (preferred but not mandatory)
