About us

Capital Radio Network is owned by The Blyton Group and operates radio stations in Perth, Canberra, Goulburn, Snowy Mountains and regional Victoria.  You'll be working on Perth’s Forever Classic 6iX, Kix Country DAB and My Perth DAB.  The Blyton Group also operates ski resorts, hotels and amusement parks, airports, cinemas and transport services. About The Role

• Generate new business opportunities with clients. This may be achieved through cold calling/prospecting, networking or follow up on leads generated
• Sell advertising solutions to clients as allocated or personally developed with the objective of building, developing & growing the relationship & revenue
• Revenue generating appointments 
• Achieve monthly sales budgets and delivering on the targets
• Work to ensure the creative process is delivered for an effective on-air strategy

About You

• Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Able to build relationships with a diverse range of people and businesses
• Excellent customer service & selling technique; negotiation, influencing & interpersonal Skills
• Self motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
• Media sales experience is preferred but not essential
