An exciting opportunity awaits you at Zurich Assure as an Advice Assistant in our Brisbane office.

Zurich Assure is Zurich’s Australian life insurance advice business, helping people get the protection they need for what matters most. With expert advisers and smart digital tools, we make life insurance advice fast, simple, and accessible.

In this role, you’ll deliver key administrative and transactional support to ensure advice recommendations are implemented accurately and efficiently. You’ll be central to keeping Zurich Assure running smoothly — supporting Advisers, elevating customer experience, and contributing to high‑quality advice outcomes.

You’ll also have the chance to interact directly with customers—through Adviser‑led appointments or phone enquiries—delivering outstanding service at every step.

• Diploma of Financial Planning or related qualification highly regarded


• Deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and enthusiasm
